Breakfast

Our buffet offers a selection of the classical products belonging to the Italian tradition.

The fresh and mature cheese such as the sweet “Pecorino”, from Sardinia, The Parmesan as well as many other varieties coming from the Brianza and ideal when accompanied by honey, jams and marmalades available on our buffet.

The Italian hams such as the Parma (both raw and cooked), the smoky “speck” from South Tyrol, the salami from Brianza and the Colonnata bacon fat.

Then our fruit, either in a salad or in syrup, the citrus fruit from Sicily, the apples from Trentino and a selection of season fresh fruit.
Our freshly cooked croissants (filled with jam, chocolate cream, custard and chocolate) and bread spread their lovely smell in the breakfast room.
